How do I buy equipment?
Add the categories you’re interested in to your enquiry list, then send us your requirements. We’ll confirm suitable products, their specifications, availability, delivery and a complete price before you decide to order. This website does not take payments.
Can you help with my existing computer?
Yes. You can enquire about setup, software installation, data migration or remote support for a computer you already own. Tell us its model, operating system and what you need help with. We’ll assess whether we can help before agreeing a service.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription is required to enquire or request a service. The work and charges are agreed with you before a service begins. You will not be enrolled into a recurring plan through this website.
How does remote support work?
We first discuss the issue and confirm the proposed work and price. If remote access is appropriate, we arrange a session and explain how it works. You approve the connection and can end it at any time. Never send passwords or payment details in your enquiry.
Can I visit your registered office?
