Using this website
You may use this website to explore equipment categories, learn about our IT services and submit genuine enquiries. Please do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or submit unlawful or malicious content.
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate. Product illustrations represent categories and do not identify a specific stocked model. Product specifications and availability are confirmed individually in a quote.
Enquiries, quotations and orders
Adding equipment to your enquiry list or submitting the form does not place an order, reserve stock or enter you into a paid contract. No payment is collected through this website.
Before you commit to a purchase or service, we will confirm the product or work to be supplied, the full price including applicable taxes and delivery charges, payment arrangements, availability, timing and relevant cancellation or return terms. A contract is formed only once the agreed order or service has been accepted by us in writing. Any quote validity period will be stated in that quote.
Equipment and delivery
Equipment is sourced to order. Your accepted order will identify the model and specifications being supplied. We will agree delivery arrangements before you place your order and communicate any material change. Any manufacturer warranty supplements your statutory rights and does not replace them.
IT services and remote access
We agree the scope, charges and arrangements for IT work before starting. Remote access requires your permission; you may end a remote session at any time. Please ensure you are authorised to request work on the device or account involved and have valid licences for any software to be installed.
Before work starts, we will discuss relevant access and backup requirements. You should maintain a current backup of important information. We do not guarantee recovery of lost or damaged data or that every technical issue can be resolved. This does not reduce our obligation to carry out an agreed service with reasonable care and skill.
Consumer cancellations and remedies
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, statutory cancellation rights will generally apply: usually 14 days after receiving goods, or 14 days after entering a service contract. Exceptions can apply, including to certain personalised goods and digital content supplied with the required express consent and acknowledgement. We will provide the applicable cancellation information before you are bound by an order.
If you ask for a service to begin during the cancellation period, any payment for work carried out before cancellation must follow the applicable consumer rules. Rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods and services are unaffected. Contact us through the enquiry form or by post to raise an order issue, request cancellation or make a complaint.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights. Any terms specific to a business order will be agreed before the contract is formed.
Privacy and third-party links
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and essential website storage. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; those websites operate under their own terms and policies.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction that apply by law.
